Our client came to Visionary Landscaping with a clear goal: create a relaxing, resort style retreat where they could unwind, entertain, and truly enjoy their outdoor space. They envisioned a custom patio with an outdoor kitchen, a place to mount a TV, and a cozy fire pit—something functional yet refined that would feel like an extension of their home.

The final design delivers a beautifully layered outdoor environment filled with texture, flow, and purpose. At the heart of the space is a stunning tiered paver patio constructed with Oaks Nueva Slab pavers in a sleek Marble Grey tone, framed by a bold Belgard Brooklyn Midnight border for contrast. The multi-level layout creates natural gathering zones, including an inviting lower fire pit area and an elevated grill and bar space built with Oaks Nueva 150 wall blocks, complete with a raised bar-top seating area ideal for entertaining.

The outdoor kitchen is both stylish and practical, while Oaks Ortana walls in matching Marble Grey define the patio with a cohesive, modern finish. A custom gas fire pit adds warmth and ambiance, while thoughtfully placed outdoor lighting highlights architectural details and extends usability into the evening hours. The addition of a putting green and lush landscaping around the patio in the following year completed the space, enhancing both beauty and playfulness.
