For this new home build, the homeowners wanted to complete their outdoor spaces with clean, functional hardscaping that felt intentional, polished, and welcoming from the very first step. Their goal was simple yet impactful: a new patio for everyday enjoyment, a clear walkway to the backyard, and an inviting front walkway and steps that enhanced curb appeal while tying the entire property together.

The finished project delivers a beautifully balanced design that blends modern simplicity with refined detail. A tiered patio creates dimension and visual interest, offering a comfortable space to relax, while the integrated seat wall adds both functionality and architectural character. The patio was built using Oaks Ridgefield Smooth pavers in Marble Grey, chosen for their sleek texture and timeless tone, and framed with Oaks Market Pavers in a striking combination of Onyx and Marble Grey for added contrast and definition. The patio wall, constructed with Oaks Nueva 150 in Marble Grey, provides a strong, clean edge, while Cloudburst-colored Oaks Nueva coping softens the look and adds a subtle, elegant finish. Front and back walkways were designed to feel cohesive and intentional, using the same Ridgefield Smooth Marble Grey pavers with Onyx borders to guide movement and visually connect the home’s exterior spaces.
