For this new construction home, the homeowners wanted to enhance their backyard after installing a pool by adding a raised patio and increased privacy along the property line. Their vision focused on creating a comfortable space for entertaining and relaxing while seamlessly connecting the patio, pool, and surrounding landscape.

The finished project delivers a polished, functional outdoor living space with clean lines and thoughtful transitions. A large raised paver patio serves as the main gathering area, offering ample room for seating, entertaining, and enjoying views of the pool below. Constructed with Belgard Origins 12 pavers in a sophisticated blend of Brittany and Ashwood colors, the patio provides subtle contrast and visual warmth. The elevation is defined by Oaks Nueva 150 wall blocks in a sleek Marble Grey, adding structure and architectural interest while maintaining a modern aesthetic. Wide steps lead gracefully from the raised patio down to the pool area, creating an easy flow between spaces. To further unify the design, pavers were installed around the pool’s existing concrete decking, giving the entire backyard a cohesive, finished look. Arborvitaes planted along the fence perimeter provide natural screening, privacy, and a lush green backdrop that will continue to mature beautifully over time.
